These Vegan Brunch Recipes will be a hit with the family or even a whole crowd! Whether it’s just a lazy morning or a special occasion or holiday, we’ve got options for everyone, whether they like sweet or savory morning delights.
You might find it hard to believe, but these delicious healthy brunch recipes are going to be a hit with every kind of eater. We’ve got everything vegan from Quiche to Hash Brown Casserole, and they are all fabulous.
What are the most popular brunch dishes?
Since brunch is usually served later in the morning--usually between 10 a.m. and noon–we often find ourselves enjoying it on those lazy slow-moving days or even on special holidays like Christmas Day and Mother’s Day. Take a look at our Mother’s Day vegan brunch ideas.
The recipes served can range from savory Breakfast Potatoes and Smoked Tempeh Bacon all the way to sweet delights like Cinnamon Rolls.
Sweet recipe options
It seems like breakfast and sweet flavors like maple syrup with cinnamon just go hand-in-hand. My husband is a big-time sweet breakfast and brunch lover and loves for me to make Applesauce Muffins or a stack of Banana Oat Pancakes.
Savory recipe options
My personal favorite brunch recipes are more on the savory side. Don’t get me wrong, I love waffles and muffins, but delicious dishes like Smoked Tempeh Bacon and bagels with Creamy Cheese will always be at the top of my list.
Casseroles
The casseroles in the list below are a great idea because they can be prepped ahead of time and stored in a covered casserole dish in the refrigerator until you’re ready to cook them.
We have everything from Hash Brown Casserole to Vegan Quiche for the whole family to enjoy.
Making breakfast for a crowd
