Level 1: Comprehensive Resource Model® Basic Training

This 5 day training is the pre-requisite for all other CRM® trainings. There are four components to this training:

  1. CRM® Case conceptualization and specific neurobiological interventions that create robust brain and body-based safety as a framework for trauma processing in sessions and personal agency between sessions
  2. The art of applying the concepts and skills in the most effective and attuned way particularly for Complex PTSD although the model is effective for most psychiatric diagnoses
  3. Teaching and inspiring therapists to expand their sophistication, confidence and competence in working with the nuances and intuition in healing others rather than simply applying protocols
  4. Providing the opportunity for therapists to apply CRM® processing for their own deep healing which enhances their ability to attune to the more complex needs of their clients

The learning process includes didactic teaching, demonstrations and experiential practic*ms.

One must be a licensed mental health treatment provider to take this training or in a clinical/counseling graduate program.

  • Level 2: CRM® with Core Self

Level 2: CRM® with Core Self

This 4 day training has a pre-requisite of the Level One CRM® Basic Training. CRM® Core Self is defined as: the Non-Intentional Be-ing state; the state of non-duality; the essential self that is not defined by human experience; personal expansion into higher levels of consciousness and co-consciousness or the state of unconditional love that is everlasting; all of which, for some individuals, may be experienced as profoundly spiritual or a deepening of personal meaning.

There are five primary components to this training:

  1. Teaching therapists how to help their clients identify and access this state and embody and operationalize it in day to day life
  2. Gestational healing of in-utero trauma starting at conception through 6 months after birth and includes adoption issues
  3. Upside Down Attachment which addresses one’s attachment disruption from their own children
  4. Introduction to CRM® Generational Trauma processing which is necessary to navigate the obstacles to Core Self and Gestational work.
  5. Advanced Obstacle work

The learning process includes didactic teaching, demonstrations and experiential practic*ms.

Level 2: CRM® Case Conceptualization and Treatment of Severe Dissociative Disorders

Level 1 CRM® Basic training is a pre-requisite for this training. The focus of this 4 day training is skill-based rather than theoretical and is relevant to the practical applications of advanced systemic work with layers of ego states/dissociation as well as the utilization of CRM® processes when working with this very challenging population. Primary areas of skill-based emphasis include:

  1. Obstacles and blocks to a healthy relationship to the physical body and the self states
  2. Obstacles to the therapy itself and ultimately change
  3. Suicidality and self-injury
  4. Internal Perpetrator behaviors toward self and others
  5. Methods for increasing co-consciousness
  6. Methods for layering multiple neurobiological resources concurrently while providing self-state boundaries during trauma processing
  7. Creative, ruthless, cunning, patient and sweet thinking in problem-solving seemingly impossible clinical situations
  8. Therapist self-care

The learning process is provided through didactic teaching, demonstrations, case consultations and Q&A

  • Level 2: CRM® Generational Healing

Level 2: CRM® Generational Healing

Level One CRM® Basic Training and Level Two Core Self Training are pre-requisites for this training. The focus of this training is utilizing CRM® skills in working on unresolved intolerable affect and physical pain resulting from generational trauma that includes, but not limited to: war; death; betrayal; moral and/or tribal conflict; political/religious persecutions; genocide and forced emigration. Work is done through the maternal, paternal and spiritual lineages with a variety of portals from which to enter the processing. Layered neurobiological resourcing/embodiment, advanced breathwork and somatic attunement are combined with ancestral resources as the foundation for the mechanism of healing and change in the client’s current time-line.

The learning process includes didactic teaching, demonstrations and experiential practic*ms.

  • Level 2: CRM® Dissociation Model for Performance Enhancement

Level 2: CRM® Dissociation Model for Performance Enhancement

The pre-requisite for this 4 day training is Level 1 CRM® Basic Training and Level 2 CRM® Core Self training. The CRM® Dissociation training is highly recommended before taking this but is not required. The focus of this training is utilizing the theory and practice of CRM® skills associated with adaptive as well as pathological dissociation relevant to performance enhancement in sports (including elite athletes), public speaking, creative expression and day to day functioning. This training includes skills for clearing somatic dissociation and accident and traumatic injuries.

The learning process includes didactic teaching, demonstrations and experiential practic*ms.

  • CRM® Intensives

CRM® Intensives

There are three types of intensives offered through CRM® LLC the time-frame of which is determined by the group and or the leader (Lisa Schwarz)

  1. Group Intensives: This type of 5 day intensive is currently offered to a maximum group size of 8 therapists who have had the Level 1 CRM® Basic Training. The process of this group includes deep, thorough personal work with Lisa Schwarz as well as learning highly advanced CRM® techniques and conceptualizations for working with clients individually and in groups. While attendees can choose what to work on individually and as a group, there is normally an organic, spontaneous theme which unfolds through advanced Core Self, Gestational, Generational and Attachment/trauma healing during the intensive sessions. The intensives are held in Beulah, Colorado or anywhere in the world where there is interest or an invitation. To schedule a group intensive contact lisa@comprehensiveresourcemodel.com.
  2. Personal/Private Intensives: There is no specific time limit for these intensives which are offered to individuals or couples without a pre-requisite of any kind. Normally people choose a 3-5 day format of 6 hours per day which includes trauma/neurobiological/dissociation psychoeducation; deep and thorough personal work of the client’s/couple’s choice, thorough debrief, skills to transition back into day to day life, and home-based work custom-created for operationalizing and maintaining the gains made during the intensive days.   3. Corporate Intensives: There is no specific time limit for these intensives which are designed and developed between Lisa Schwarz and a corporate leadership. The purpose of these intensives is to facilitate healthy group cohesion within management and/or leadership teams; identifying and working through individual and group obstacles to productivity; increasing morale and creating easily accessible individual and group resources to operationalize and maintain the gains made during the intensive.
